Terms for using the new Simulados Pro app version
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Simulados Pro app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal use of the app. The app is licensed, not sold. For iOS users, this license is granted by Simulados Pro, not Apple. For Android users, use is also subject to Google Play terms.
3. Eligibility and account
You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these terms. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may request additional identity verification for account protection.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and in-app purchases
Some features may require a subscription, one-time purchase, or trial period. Pricing, benefits, duration, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase confirmation.
iOS (Apple): payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID.
Android (Google Play): payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your Google Play account.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are handled according to store rules (Apple or Google) and applicable law.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
You agree not to: (i) violate applicable laws; (ii) exploit security vulnerabilities; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted; (iv) automate abusive use; or (v) publish unlawful or rights-infringing content.
6. Content and intellectual property
All app content, layout, software, trademarks, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Simulados Pro or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to users.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features, with or without notice, when necessary for technical, operational, security, regulatory, or business reasons.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or security policies. You may also stop using the app at any time. Termination does not waive obligations already incurred.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simulados Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the app after an update means you acknowledge and agree to the revised version.
